Latest Technology Using Traditional 'KUROYAKI" Method From Japan

da’Kappa revives water by bathing it in natural infrared light waves while allowing the water to flow in a roiling vortex like movement. It uses over 30 different minerals and organically grown medicinal plants. These are ground to a size of 3 microns without creating heat using a system that replicates a traditional millstone. They are then baked without being exposed to oxygen using the ancient “kuroyaki” method to create “kokutan.” This is mixed into a very high quality clay only found in Japan. The clay is then repeatedly baked in a traditional air tight kiln. The end product emits infrared energy waves at frequencies optimal for life.
da’Kappa is made using traditional methods that have been used to create medicinal carbon. Water passed through da’Kappa is energized naturally.

Organically grown medicinal plants and minerals used in Japan for centuries rejuvenate water.

MADE IN JAPAN

About da’Kappa 025

da’Kappa was developed to reduce the usage of synthetic products such as detergents and shampoos so you may live simply, safely and comfortably. Our purpose is to help nature (and you) rejuvenate itself by reducing the amount of chemical substances being discharged from homes and businesses through drainage. By eliminating static building in water and stabilizing the electro and ionic balance, da’Kappa helps activate beneficial microbes and soil amelioration.

The initial concept for da’Kappa was conceived in the 1980’s by Mr. Ikuzo Hirota of Fukushima prefecture in Japan. Many generations of prototypes later da’Kappa was born in its current form as a device to generate balanced natural spring water like qualities to regular tap water in an effort to improve the environment and people’s health.

da’Kappa not only contributes to the health of the environment, it is also capable of simplifying and making our daily lives more convenient. Dry and rough skin become a problem of the past and doing the dishes and cleaning the house become more enjoyable as you save on detergent, water and electricity usages. da’Kappa helps bring out the maximum potential of what water is capable of doing and can be used anywhere water is used.

da’Kappa requires no maintenance.
da’Kappa comes with a 10 year warranty but should last a lot longer.

Use da’Kappa water to live a chemical free, environmentally friendly lifestyle.

DRINKING WATER

Healthy vital water becomes available from any faucet in the house after installation of da’Kappa 025. You may boil the water or chill the water but for optimal health we suggest you drink the water out of the faucet at room temperature.

When taking water with you when traveling please do not use plastic containers. We suggest you use glass, titanium or stainless steel bottles or containers.
Avoid using containers made from antibacterial material. There is a greater chance of molding.

When the water is carried around, be sure to drink it as quickly as possible. Never leave water in the container for more than a day. Keep the container away from direct sunlight. Water quality may deteriorate when left under the sun or left stagnant in a container. Remember that da’Kappa water is alive.

COOKING
Detoxifying your food:
Soak vegetables in da’Kappa water for 15 minutes then rinse. The murky white residue that floats to the top and what’s left on the bottom are remnants of agricultural chemicals and other toxins.

The amount of time meats should be soaked in da’Kappa water:
Ground meat: 1 to 3 minutes
Thinly sliced meat: 2 to 5 minutes
Steaks and blocks of meat: 10 to 15 minutes

The same rules apply for fish and sashimi:
Minced fish: 1 to 3 minutes
Filets: 2 to 5 minutes
Whole fishes: 10 to 15 minutes

Adding a little natural sea salt to the water enhances the detoxification.

(DOKTOR, a natural detoxification powder sold by Juju’be Clinic can further eliminate more of the petrochemicals from food. Contact us for details.)

To cook delicious rice, fill the rice container with water and quickly drain and replace it with new water and then wash as usual.

Place sealed bottles of shoyu, vinegar, sake, mayonnaise, sauce, dressing, milk, etc. in da’Kappa water. This will enhance their taste. Shoyu and sake will taste more mature.

When making ice, heat the water first and wait until it cools to room temperature before placing it in the ice tray and freezer.

Actual cooking:
Be aware that you may require approximately 10% less water when cooking rice.

When da’Kappa water is used the time needed to boil noodles and other foods may decrease by about 10% as well.

da’Kappa water brings out the natural flavor of foods. Flavors of items added for seasoning such as ginger, garlic, green onions, wasabi, etc. will be more pronounced. Please adjust the amounts used accordingly.

The water may make the strong, bold aroma of coffee milder.

Vegetables and meats added to make soup stock will release more of its taste into the water. Please adjust by lessening the amount of material added to the water.

Cooking will require less time so please be careful not to overcook.

CLEANUP
Dinnerware and cookware:
The amount of time required for washing dishes will decrease. Quickly wash dinnerware and utensils under hot water with all natural sponge, cotton towel or paper towel. Dishwashing liquids are not needed. Rinsing is not required.

For hard to clean dinnerware and pots and pans, soak in hot water overnight.

Grease is difficult to clean on plastic dinnerware. Please use natural soaps to keep the environmental and health impact minimal.

Kitchen:
Greasy ventilation fans, grill tops and other hard to clean surfaces should be soaked in hot da’Kappa water overnight. (An enzyme type cleaner is available from Juju’be Clinic. Contact us for details.)

Sinks should be cleaned with da’Kappa water and a scrubbing brush.

Thoroughly wipe down the interior of refrigerators with da’Kappa water.

Place a glass filled with da’Kappa water in the corner of the refrigerator for odor control.

BATHING AND PERSONAL CARE
Washing the body:
Scrub your self with a natural fiber towel such as cotton under the shower with the water running. No soap is required. People with extra sensitive skin or atopic dermatitis should wash themselves by gently wiping their body while under the shower. Synthetic sponges and fibers do not work well for washing when using da’Kappa water.

Shampooing:
Use a small hand towel (natural fiber) and wipe down your hair under running water. Scrub the scalp either using your fingers or a hairbrush. No shampoo required. Simply wipe dry with a towel when you’re done.

Bathing in the tub:
Gently rub your body using minimal pressure with a towel while soaking in the tub. Soaking in da’Kappa water will warm the body from its core while softening the skin. Add natural salt for extra relaxation.

Bathing for someone with chronic heart-condition:
Add natural salt (1%) in the water filled tub. Make sure the water is warm but not hot. Soak for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add hot water occasionally to keep the tub water warm. Drape your shoulders with a dry towel to prevent cooling of the upper body.

Facial cleansing and makeup removal:
A towel and warm da’Kappa water are all you’ll need to cleanse and/or remove makeup. For heavy makeup a hot steam towel placed on the face for a couple of minutes and washing is all that’s required. When done simply dry the face using a towel.

Brushing your teeth:
Brush your teeth with da’Kappa water only. No toothpaste is needed. Natural salt can also be used instead of toothpaste.

Shaving:
Wash your face with warm da’Kappa water or use a hot towel on the area to be shaved. You’ll be able to shave without using cream. After shaving wash the face with cold water and dry with a towel.

LAUNDRY
Basic steps:
Always separate whites and colors.

Add hot water to the washing machine and soak laundry for 12 minutes. Run the wash cycle for 5 minutes and spin dry. No rinsing is required. If the laundry does not appear clean enough use the rinse cycle for an additional 3 minutes. Drain and spin dry. Do not add fabric softener.

For tough stains use natural soap/detergents on the stain area only and wash as above.

Putting the laundry in a polyester mesh bag or putting polyester fabric in with the clothing to be washed will enhance the effect of the cleaning. Dirt and stains tend to stick to polyester.

For best results dry the laundry under the sun (or in the shade depending on the fabric). Drying under the sun will sterilize the washed clothing.

Washing delicate clothing, wool, and sweaters:
Remove stains, if necessary, as above and soak in water for 12 minutes. Hand wash using a squeezing motion. Use a dry bath towel and wrap it around the washed delicates to extract water. Hang dry in the shade.

Suits and jackets:
Remove stains and soak in water for 12 minutes and hand wash using a squeezing motion. Wrap in a dry towel and manually extract the water in the clothing. Hang to dry. Remove wrinkles using a steamer before the clothes are dry.

Extra:
Carry da’Kappa water in a small portable spray bottle and use for stain removal when travelling.

Bleaching:
Drying clothing under the sun bleaches clothing. If more bleaching is preferred add one table spoon of natural salt when washing.

Dryer:
Synthetic fabric softeners are not needed when clothing is washed in da'Kappa water only.

Washing machine:
Front loading washing machines work best with da’Kappa water.

Ironing:
Iron when the fabric is half dried. Steam ironing also works well.

GENERAL CLEANING
Bathrooms:
Scrub the toilet bowl using a brush. The outside and seat and cover should be cleaned with a damp rag. No cleaning solutions are needed.

Cleaning the tub:
Shower the walls and tub with hot water and wipe down for daily cleaning. Use a scrubbing brush as needed. da’Kappa water greatly reduces mold and mildew growth. Make sure the bathroom is aired for a few hours to allow drying.

Rooms and windows:
Dust and use a damp towel and wipe down surfaces, walls and floors. Do not use an overly wet towel for upholstery or electrical appliances.
Spray da’Kappa water onto windows and wipe dry using paper towels.

Car washing:
Spray the car using a garden hose and firmly wipe down. Beware that da’Kappa water may cause wax to come off. Interiors should be cleaned using a damp towel.

Exterior walls:
Use high-pressure water hoses for exterior walls and fences.

Pets:
Shower down pets and wash using a brush and wipe down using natural fiber towels.

Gardens:
da’Kappa water revives plants and assists growth. Water gardens and lawns especially after rains to mitigate against the ill effects of acid in the rainwater.
Water in vases for cut flowers should be changed every day.

About environmentally friendly soap
There are many natural soap products that are relatively environmentally friendly on the market these days. Please use these types of products for stubborn stains and dirt that are difficult to remove. However, we believe it important to try our best to not use soaps and detergents if at all possible. A truly simple lifestyle is where one uses only that which is absolutely necessary and no more.

Please only use natural fiber cloths/textiles when doing the dishes, cleaning the floor, or washing your body and hair. da’Kappa water works effectively only when natural materials are used. Synthetic sponges and towels are ineffective when used for cleaning with da’Kappa water. We suggest you use natural or vegetable fiber based sponges, natural fiber towels or paper towels for cleaning. Since no detergents are used there will be no need to “rinse.”

Scent enhancements and deodorizing no longer needed.

More things you no longer need:
Air fresheners
Refrigerator deodorizers
Garbage odor removers
Bathroom deodorizers
Pet odor removers
Plumbing and sewage odor controllers

da’Kappa water, much like natural spring water, soaks up odors. Simply placing a cup of water in an odor-infested area will considerably lessen smells. Place a bowl of water with some flower petals in rooms or place a cup of water in the refrigerator to absorb unwanted odors. Natural charcoal also helps eliminate odors. Place them alongside the bowls of water or in the refrigerator for even greater odor control. If you want to scent an area, we recommend using natural flowers or incense.

Dinnerware
Use ceramic, glass, wood or metal dinnerware. Avoid plastic.
Grease on plastic dinnerware is difficult to remove. Mold easily grows on plastic cutting boards. For sanitary reasons please use wooden cutting boards.
